What we are looking for:
We are looking for external expertise to support the independent assessment of Innovation and education activity proposals.
We seek experts with a background in business creation, technology-driven innovation, and education background in our focus areas Digital Tech, Digital Industry, Digital Cities, Digital Wellbeing, and Digital Finance.
We are also seeking independent external observers. They can be assigned to observe the work of the Evaluation Panel and their main role is to ensure from an additional external source the compliance of the Evaluation process with the principles of impartiality, transparency, and objectivity.
Applicants for the role of Observer are required to comply with the following criteria:
- An advanced knowledge of the specific sector of the call where he/she is involved.
- Proven knowledge in evaluation of EU-funded programmes.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
To ensure independence and avoid conflicts of interest, experts must not be affiliated in any way with one of our partner organisations, plan to be so, or have been in the last three years.
