Again, EIT ICT Labs Germany GmbH is implementation partner of Telekom Innovation Contest of Deutsche Telekom. With its new concept and partners the international idea contest offers even more benefits for entrepreneurs than last year.
Six categories
In 2014 entrepreneures with smart ideas, student teams and early-stage startups are invited to submit their idea in one of the six categories Cloud-based Productivity, Future Media & Communication, Internet of Things, Cyber Security, Reality Data and Smart Energy. In May they will compete in a series of semi-finals followed by a Champions Pitch taking place in Krakow at the end of June 2014. In between, the 12 teams that qualify for the final round will be offered co-working space at the offices of hub:raum Berlin, Tel Aviv & Krakow as well as Kitchen Budapest. In June they can improve their presentation in a special Startup Training Program, too.
Champions Pitch
The team that convinces an international jury of high-level Telekom executives of their idea at the Champions Pitch will receive a special package based on their needs – this includes possible investment of up to 150,000 Euro from the incubators of Deutsche Telekom, support from executives of Deutsche Telekom, trips to some of the hottest startup cities in Europe, hard- & software and much more.
Strong partners
The partner setup is strong: Deutsche Telekom and eight of it’s NatCos in Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Montenegro, Poland, Slovakia and Romania together with the incubators Kitchen Budapest and hub:raum in Berlin, Krakow and Tel Avivas well as UQBATE, the internal innovation program, are searching for IT innovations.

Ideas can be submitted until Tuesday April 15th, 12 AM CEST at www.telekom-innovation-contest.com.
