Description
Lean Startup methodologies are used for testing a business idea in a quick and effective way. The basic principle is to evaluate as early as possible product-market fit by understanding user needs and by checking with key customers if “quick and dirty” prototypes (products or services) may have a market. The workshop aims to illustrate a series of very useful Lean Startup tools such as Persona Development Canvas, Customer Interviews, Minimum Viable Product, Concierge and Pivoting techniques.
