Trento RISE, (Trento Research, Innovation & Education System) will present its activities in Education and Business in the EIT ICT Labs at the ICT Days in Trento, Italy, on March 15th and 16th.
ICT Days is the main event in Trento connecting students at all levels with companies and research centers in the ICT sector. The event is organized by the University of Trento with the objective of strengthening cooperation with companies, creating new partnerships, and promoting the culture of ICT among the young. The audience includes recent graduates and PhD candidates, local businesses and leader companies of ICT sector.
Trento RISE will be present on the first two days, respectively the Opening Day and the Placement Day, where we expect to meet the audience with the highest potential interest in EIT ICT Labs.
During the Opening day on Tuesday, 15 March, there will be introductory speeches from the top representatives of the local and national ICT field. In this occasion Paolo Traverso, CEO of Trento RISE, will give a presentation on Trento RISE and the strategy of ICT in Trentino in the European perspective.
On Wednesday, 16 March, during the Placement day leader companies of ICT sector will meet students. Trento RISE will present its education programmes in ICT and entrepreneurship with a European scope, and current and future innovation activities within the scope of EIT ICT Labs with an emphasis on initiatives for high-tech young innovators and entrepreneurs.
Last year event has seen the participation of 27 international and local companies and over 900 University students and school graduates.
