This Hub session on 23 September is expected to raise awareness on and disseminate the cross KIC policy report on Artificial Intelligence. The report, with input from scientific and policy literature and from experts including from the five participating EIT KICs (EIT Digital, EIT Health, EIT Manufacturing, EIT Urban Mobility, and EIT Climate-KIC), identifies both general and sector specific concerns and opportunities for the further deployment of AI in Europe. Starting from background and policy context, critical aspects of AI will be further discussed. Four scenarios are proposed and assessed and discussed from which a set of possible policy levers to address the concerns and exploit the opportunities are presented.
