The evaluation and assessment of the companies’ US readiness to access more services will be after they finish the program leading to a week in San Francisco with relevant meeting. 

Winners will have the opportunity to set up sales meeting with investors during their one-week visit to the Silicon Valley.

Curriculum

Our curriculum offers you a unique opportunity to gain essential insights and practical strategies. Designed specifically for ambitious entrepreneurs, this course will empower you to navigate Silicon Valley's intricate ecosystem, refine your sales processes, and connect with key investors - all while minimizing risk and maximizing potential.

Modules

Module 1: Cracking the U.S. Market – Culture, Buyers & Discovery Sprint

Understand what truly makes the U.S. market different - from business culture to buyer behavior and the Silicon Valley pace of execution. 

Startups will:

  • Define their Ideal U.S. Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Use AI tools (like Clay + ChatGPT) to identify and schedule 3–5 U.S. customer discovery interviews
  • Start uncovering U.S.-specific pain points to inform messaging 

Bonus resource: U.S. Buyer Persona Template + AI-powered outreach scripts for scheduling interviews. 

Module 2: Repositioning Your Value Proposition for the U.S.

Translate your European value proposition into U.S. buyer language. 

Founders will:

  • Rebuild their messaging based on discovery insights and U.S. buyer psychology
  • Learn to lead with pain, urgency, and proof
  • Hear from European founders who successfully localized their GTM strategy 

Outcome: A clear, differentiated U.S. value proposition tailored to your ICP.

Module 3: Building U.S.-Ready Sales & Investor Decks (with Clear Separation)

U.S. sales decks are short, urgent, and focused on value. Investor decks are vision-led and traction-first. 

This module includes: 

  • Side-by-side workshops on sales decks vs. investor decks
  • Live expert reviews of founder drafts
  • Frameworks for both sales storytelling and investor-ready metrics 

Outcome: One refined U.S. sales deck and one polished investor pitch.

Module 4: Channel Strategy & AI-Powered Outreach Plan

Before launching outreach, founders will build a focused U.S. beachhead GTM plan - including geography, vertical, and channel selection. 

Then, they’ll:

  • Map ICP segments using Clearbit and LinkedIn
  • Prioritize outbound, partner, or product-led strategies
  • Build AI-assisted sales workflows using Clay, Apollo, and ChatGPT
  • Begin booking U.S. meetings 

Outcome: A tested outreach sequence and a clear GTM launch plan.

Module 5: Objection Handling & Live U.S. Sales Simulations

Step into the (virtual) room with U.S. sales experts and simulate real conversations. 

Founders will: 

  • Practice pitching to U.S. buyers and advisors
  • Get coaching on objection handling, closing techniques, and credibility-building
  • Use feedback to adjust scripts and decks 

Outcome: Sales conversations become second nature - founder-led and confident.

Investor Showcase & U.S. Market Exposure

Founders will pitch to a panel of Silicon Valley investors and operators at a live virtual event hosted by EIT Hub SV. 

The top 3 startups will be invited to an investor dinner in San Francisco and gain access to an extended mentor network.
