Successful QGo pitch on TV Show! 

Congratulations to Jakob Schröger, CEO and founder of QGo, who was very successfull in persuading even two Austrian investors in the TV Show „2 minutes 2 million“, counterpart of  Shark Tank. QGo won the second prize in the Idea Challenge category Smart Spaces in 2014 in Helsinki. According to the founder Jakob Schröger, QGo users can easily avoid queues. QGo is a system which quantifies the number of people in a queue and estimates the amount of time a person has to wait in line.

Tinnitracks, the app to heal tinnitus

Tinnitracks, the winner of the ET ICT Labs’  Idea Challenge 2014 in Health and Wellbeing, won the official startup competition of SXSW technology conference in the field of Digital Health and Life Science, last Sunday, March 15. Joerg Land, one of the co-founders says: ‘ This is a great launch if you want to get started in the USA. It is a confirmation that we have persevered for so long. And of course, winning this international award is a very nice signal to all our supporters at home’

EIT ICT Labs proudly announces that the Tinnitracks product will be presented in the Netherlands, on 21 April, High Tech Campus 31, Eindhoven. The company behind the Tinnitracks product is the German startup Sonormed which is member of the EIT ICT Labs Health and Wellbeing Business Community and is coached by the EIT ICT Labs Business Accelerator. The relation with EIT ICT Labs started in 2014 with Tinnitracks winning the Idea Challenge 2014 in the category Health and Wellbeing.

With their first big investment reaching the seven figure range two weeks ago and winning the SXSW accelerator in Austin, Texas, last month, the startup from Hamburg is definitely on the road to success.

Tinnitracks is a technological solution that treats tinnitus by using filtered music. Tinnitus is a widespread disease that causes a constant earbuzzing. Sonormed, the startup behind the Tinnitracks product is member of the Health and Wellbeing Business Community and is coached by the EIT ICT Labs Business Accelerator. 

Undagrid live at the second biggest airport in the world

After winning the Dutch award "startup of the year“, the success of Undagrid evolved even further. In February, Undagrid started the roll-out at Paris airport, Charles de Gaulle, in full cooperation with their partner GSETrack.

It’s already used to solve a worldwide problem in aviation, the localisation of non-motorized Ground Support Equipment at airports which is already live at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, going live at Charles de Gaulle enables them to valuable insights on business and technical requirements.

3yourmind keynote at 3D Printing Cluster event in Munich

The EIT ICT Labs CPS Business Community organises the 3D Printing Cluster event together with the partners of UnternehmerTUM, EOS and SCE. In the evening of April 23, 2015 at the UnternehmerTUM, Lichtenbergstr. 6, 85748 Garching 
(Munich), exciting presentations from entrepreneurs, researchers and innovators leveraging additive manufacturing will be held, including inspiring presentations by EIT ICT Labs coached 3YOURMIND. Afterwards, there will be a chance to discuss new projects and entrepreneurial opportunities during a get together. 

3YOURMIND is a 3D Printing company founded by graduates of the Technical University Berlin which creates building models. This includes projects in the fields of architecture, mechanical engineering or plant construction.
