Ten start-ups from eight different countries have been shortlisted from 102 applicants in the Urban Life and Mobility category. The finalists will pitch their ideas on Monday November 23 at City Hall in London at an event co-hosted by the Mayor of London's office.

 

ADDACT (Germany)

ADDACT is a social platform to crowdfund and promote live events. The platform connect fans, artists and promoters, reinventing the future of live entertainment. 

Efiester (France)

Social events like BBQs and house parties represent a huge market and all organisers have the same problem: the logistics required for the events. efiester will do the work in just three clicks!

GetCOO (Italy)

GetCOO changes the way people travel: allowing them to take photos of sites and instantly receive historic and cultural landmark information with personalised travel recommendations while connecting to nearby travelers. 

GoAbout (Netherlands)

GoAbout is a marketplace for urban transport. Plan, find and book your trips by car, public transport bike and on foot with information on parking, rental bikes, car sharing, taxis, etc.

Greenseed (UK)

Greenseed is creating an app, which will revolutionise the gardening experience, and bring local people together to live more sustainably, whilst becoming happier and healthier. 

iQ Payments (Finland)

The world's first Mobile Payment Solution designed for Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) operators, already in use in Finland and ready for global markets. 

Karos (France)

 Karos is a new app which helps commuters find people to car share with, making their daily journey to work comfortable, affordable, and more environmentally friendly. 

ParkBee (Netherlands)

ParkBee provides cloud-based technology to access private parking garages from a mobile app. ParkBee gives drivers access to private garages currently not accessible and collaborates with Parkmobile to guide users directly to parking. 

Wantr ApS Watcher (Denmark)

Watcher is a location-based network that helps people keep each other safe giving friends and family an alert as well as your GPS location in emergency situations.

ZonzoFox (Italy)

 A personal smart guide-navigator to easily discover cities: considering your person tastes,location and time constraints, ZonzoFox creates tailor-made optimised city walks in real-time, providing useful step-by-step information on the go.
