Italian Business Developer Marco Senigalliesi represented EIT ICT Labs at the Startup Europe Partnership (SEP) Matching Event that took place in Rome on October 3rd.
The SEP Matching Event was an opportunity to meet stakeholders from different organisations and to evaluate possible synergies between various programmes of the European Union that aim at scaling-up local startup ecosystem to the European level and beyond. It was also an occasion to strengthen the link with Silicon Valley ecosystem and create soft landing possibilities for the Europeans startups that are ready to scale-up their business at international level.
Established by the European Commission in January 2014, SEP aims at offering an integrated pan-European platform to help the best startups emerge from local ecosystems.
