On October 7 and 8 EIT ICT Labs Berlin welcomed the new cohort of Master School students at the Co-Location Centre. About 50 entry-students and 30 second year students began their EIT ICT Labs academic year 2014 in Berlin.
At the Meet & Greet event at the beginning of the semester the students studying in Germany get introduced to the EIT ICT Labs Berlin facilities, the partners, innovation areas, startups and the business development accelerator program.
The students follow the Master School program at TU Berlin, which includes in total seven technical majors. Students from the following courses were present: Distributed Systems and Services, Embedded Systems, Internet Technology and Architecture as well was Security and Privacy.
At the end of October a joint kick-off event will take place in Budapest together with first year students from all over Europe. The event is organized by the team of the EIT ICT Labs Associated Partner Group.
