Smart Global Privacy™, provider of a comprehensive software infrastructure for GDPR and other major privacy regulations compliance, joins the EIT Digital Accelerator.
The team of two founders, Olivier Guillo (CEO & Co-Founder) and Benoît Guignard (CTO & Co-Founder) started Smart Global Privacy in 2017 to help address the three fundamental privacy regulation questions any organization faces: How to become compliant? How to stay compliant? Who to work with? With Smart Global Compliance Booster™ they have developed a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that enables customers to simplify, accelerate and secure the compliance with GDPR and other major privacy regulations as well as the corresponding maintenance process.
The software uses AI, Blockchain and machine learning to enable organizations of all kinds to comply with legislation across different jurisdictions. In addition, their Smart Marketplace® offers customers access to find complementary products and services who are compliant with privacy regulations like consultants, trainers, lawyers and software vendors.
“Smart Global Privacy is proud to join the EIT Digital Accelerator. Their European ecosystem will help us win new customers, scale up internationally and raise Series B funding”, says CEO Olivier Guillo. The company initially started in Monaco and operates three Centers of Excellence in Paris, Montpellier and Barcelona. Now they plan to expand to Western Europe, Eastern Europe as well as the US, addressing cities, universities, hospitals, insurances, banks, casinos and utilities.
