A course for updating and deepening the knowledge of Applied Cryptography: five weeks to learn, to practice and, last but not least, to evaluate improvements with tests and quizzes. This is the core of the Course in Applied Cryptography, organized for the Professional Learning activities, promoted by EIT ICT Labs and taught by Prof. Massimiliano Sala, of the University of Trento.
The final event of the course, held in the Trento Co-Location Center, gathered together the participants for a face to face meeting, a workshop titled “SSL/TLS protocol: overview and vulnerabilities” and some group work. The goal was to summarize all the notions learned through the course lectures and encourage the idea exchange between the participants and the teacher.
