Eva E. Voisin, Esq. is President & CEO of Voisin & Associates; an AV rated International Law Firm, providing legal solutions to a global clientele. Since 1978 she has advised management on US immigration, business incubation, employment and investments based visas. She focuses on startup businesses, small to medium entrepreneurs, as well as Fortune 500 Companies, universities and research facilities in the high tech, biotech and ecotech areas, in establishing their presence or expanding their US operations.
She is V.P. & Director of Business Development of SOV Interactive Media, LLC. She serves on several corporate and non-profit boards and is active in numerous professional and philanthropic organizations.
She is the Founder & Chairman, of the Hungarian American Chamber Oo Commerce in the US, Inc., a non-profit, membership organization connecting and supporting the Hungarian and American entrepreneurs and businesses community since 1990. She is the co-founder and sits on the Board of Directors of the French American Chamber of Commerce and tCharter member of the European American Chambers of Commerce and Business Associations of California.
Ms. Voisin is the Honorary Consul General of Hungary for Northern California since1993. In that capacity, she represents all diplomatic, business and commercial interest of Hungary in her jurisdiction.
She was educated at the University of California in Los Angeles, Middlebury College, the Sorbonne, Paris and holds a JD degree. She speaks English, Hungarian, French, German and Spanish.
