Willem Jonker, CEO of the EIT ICT Labs, visited the Italian Node on February 26th to present the Strategic Innovation Agenda (SIA) 2014-2016.
The SIA describes the strategic objectives of the EIT ICT Labs for the years 2014-2016 and the intended steps to realize them along its main pillars – education, research and innovation, business, entrepreneurship and co-location ecosystems.
Willem Jonker presented the SIA during the meeting of the Node Steering Committee of the EIT ICT Labs Italy. The Committee is the highest decision making body of the Italian Node and represents all EIT ICT Labs partners in Italy: Engineering, Telecom Italia and TrentoRISE (Core Partners), National Research Council (CNR), Politecnico di Milano, Politecnico di Torino, Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna, Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna (academic affiliated partners), CFR (FIAT Research Centre), Cooperazione Trentina, Poste Italiane, Reply and ST Microelectronics (Affiliated Industrial Partners).
