Living bits and things 2012 is part of The Smart Living Europe Days 2012, dedicated to Internet of Things in Bled. Living bits and things 2012 collaborates closely with major IoT projects in Europe and together with the help of IoT-i and IoT Forum connects the Central and South East Europe with IoT in EU and worldwide.
Willem Jonker, CEO EIT ICT Labs, was one of the keynote speakers at the event held in Slovenia on November 27, targeting some 200 participants from 20 countries.
Focus during Living bits and things was on the Smart applications and services as the foundation of the future sustainable and inclusive growth not only in Europe but also worldwide, especially looking at smart cities and smarter citizens, the communication infrastructure, Central and South Europe, Horizon 2020 and open initiatives.
