The University of Twente, one of the university partners of EIT Digital, invites all EIT Digital Master School students studying in the Netherlands for a pizza session at her Design Lab. The students will join workshops and discussions and as the name suggest: eat pizza.
In the The DesignLab a variance of disciplines meet each other and work together. These disciplines are for example engineers, technicians, artists, philosophers, ethicists or psychologists. “Working with different people gives you a better idea if your technical solutions will be embraced into society or not”, says Iddo Bante, Business director CTIT of the University of Twente and former Action Line Leader New Business Creation at EIT Digital. According to Bante the DesignLab is a new instrument for creating new businesses. He says the university has brought forward a lot of successful new business like Booking.com, Xsens, and Scisports. Bante thinks this place fits perfectly to the learning goals of the EIT Digital Students considering innovation and entrepreneurship.
Students of the EIT Digital Master School in the Netherlands who want to take this entrepreneurial journey, should register before Wednesday February 8, 2017. They have received an email with the registration link.
