Great success for one of our Idea Challenge winner 2014 in the category Cyber Security & Privacy: Jovan Stevovic, CEO of CHINO participated at the speed pitching competition at Heureka conference in Berlin on May 5 and made it to the finals! CHINO provides Secure API to mHealth app developers to store sensitive data according to EU data protection laws.
12 times Jovan and his 24 competitors had to pitch in small groups to well-known investors like Westtech Ventures. Fighting his way to the finals he then had to convince the expert jury including Sean Percival from 500Startups and Frank Thelen from e42 and well-known TV juror at the Germ version of Shark Tank. Though CHINO was announced second place, Jovan received great feedback from Sean Percival who was completely convinced of CHINO's product.
