Futur En Seine 2013 was a four days event at le CentQuatre in Paris where enterprises from the Paris region presented innovative products, technologies and concepts.
The FlashPoll concept was presented by EIT ICT Labs partner Alfstore in the Smart City area to professional, governmental and large public audiences, with great support of the EIT ICT Labs Business Developer. The demonstration of the FlashPoll initiator web platform and mobile application was based on actual polls geolocalised and designed for the event.
Municipalities and public authorities have been very positive on the purpose of the service which represent a great complement to their existing ways of interacting with their citizens.
Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet, possible next mayor of Paris and former French minister for the development of the digital economy, visited the booth, got an overview of the service and highlighted the benefits of the approach.
Several companies came to the booth to express their needs for similar service to help them improve their customer feedback processes in physical retail locations.
Large corporations such as Orange Business Services, La Poste and JC Decaux, services providers to municipalities, showed their interest in offering FlashPoll to their existing customers.
Frequent requests for date of availability, pricing and business process to implement the service confirmed the business attractiveness of Flashpoll!
