Only few days left till the disclosure of the Big Dataset!
The Big Data Challenge, organized by Telecom Italia in partnership with EIT ICT Labs, MIT Media Lab, Politecnico Milano and Trento RISE, is open to developers, researchers and designers that want to apply their big ideas to the big data.
On January 14th Telecom Italia and its partners will disclose a dataset of millions of data records of mobile network data, energy consumption, private and public transportation, etc. of a period of 2 months for the metropolitan area of the city of Milan and the Trentino region in Italy.
The best ideas for any of the 3 tracks (app development, data analytics, data visualization) are worth a prize of 6000€ plus other benefits.
