EIT ICT Labs is proud to announce the appointment of Yvonnick David as the new manager of its Doctoral Training Centre in Rennes (DTC Rennes).
Yvonnick David has an engineer diploma completed with an executive MBA. He has gathered a very diverse business and technical experience in the IT and data networks sectors. He held various management positions with leading companies (OST, Newbridge, Alcatel) in France, and abroad. In 2003, he started his own company, IPdiva, in the data security business. End of 2013, IPdiva was merged with Systancia.
Yvonnick David arrived on September 1st. His appointment is an expression of the new ambitions of EIT ICT Labs in developing its Doctoral Training Centres.
The DTC Rennes was created in January 2013 as one of the 6 EIT ICT Labs DTCs in Europe. Today, it counts 10 students. Our goal is to double this figure by the end of 2015 while bringing high added value to our industrial partners, labs, students, and supervisors.
