Two days of conferences, business meetings, and presentations of disruptive innovations from European startups and scientific research to foster cooperation between scientists, industry leaders, startups and government representatives involved in digital security.

Beyond the traditional scope of digital products and services, many other user and business environments are facing enormous challenges to securely digitize many aspects of our society.As such, the security of software platforms and protocols are subject to ongoing research with the expected breakthrough innovations to properly address these new challenges. Amongst them, trusted environments such as SGX by Intel (presented by Shay Gueron) will be presented as well as new advanced cryptographic solutions such as Fully Homomorphic Encryption and Post-Quantum Cryptography.

This 2-day EIT Digital International Security Symposium will provide participants with a unique opportunity to:

  • Learn from key influencers shaping the future of security technologies from leading Research and Business organizations (Intel, Microsoft Research, Inria, Fraunhofer Institute, IRISA, CWI, IMDEA…).
  • Discover some promising security innovations from European startups and SMEs.
  • Meet with leaders from the EIT Digital Business Community and Security/Cyber Security Clusters to stimulate cooperation, and to detect business opportunities related to the future of security.
